Clean Room Rollers
The SDI Floor and Wall Cleaning Rollers were designed specifically for cleaning the interior floors and walls of the Clean Room. This product provides a cleaning solution for this critical environment that pre- vents particles from becoming airborne. These rollers can also be used during actual production, mini- mizing the down time for maintenance of Clean Rooms.
POLYMER ROLLERS
No special handling, chemicals or wipes needed. The tacky polymer of the roller lifts particulate matter from the surface without liquids or sprays. The roller is cleaned during the machine process when it comes in contact with the Adhesive Rolls
Clean Walk Mats
Clean Walk Mats keep the manufacturing area clean by collecting particulate matter and contaminates from the soles of shoes before entering clean areas. Each mat contains 30 adhesive layers mounted on .002 in (.05 mm) polyethylene backing.
WET & DRY CLEAN WIPES
The Wet version of Clean Wipes is 50/50 blend of strong polyester fibers hydroentangled with absorbent cellulosic fibers saturated with 70/30 Alcohol. It is strong and ideal from general wiping.
The Dry version of Clean Wipes is 50/50 blend of strong polyester fibers hydroentangled with absorbent cellulosic fibers. It is absorbent, strong and ideal for general wiping.
MINI TAK
Mini Tak is made of unique adhesive coating that stops particles from becoming airborne during cleaning. The lightweight construction and simple handle causes less fatigue during the cleaning process. Mini Tak reduces costs by eliminating the need to close clean room or shut down production for maintenance. It is ideal to clean small surfaces or lift contaminates lightly attached to the surface.

PVA Sponge Roll Covers
The PVA Sponge Roll Covers are highly water absorbent and very durable. The PVA foam is extruded into a tubular shape made to fit tightly over the diameter of the shaft of the roller in the wet processing equipment.
Roll Covers
A complete line of high quality roll covers. Cotton Roll Covers are made with a clean bleached cotton loop fabric, woven into a seamless tube. The Nylon Sleeves are an accessory to the LL-50 Cotton Roll Cover. The Nylon Sleeves are slipped over the LL-50 to prevent cotton lint fibers from transferring to the clean panel surface and are held in place by draw strings .

SDI makes Adhesive Rolls for any model of contact cleaner.
